*iced coffee
*broccoli
*Kashi go lean fiber cereal (dry, no milk)
*boca burger on wheat brea/miracle whip light/shredded cheese

Got on the scale and I don't weigh less. On any given day I eat less than 1,500 calories MAX, normally less. I have 2 kids so, of course, I'm active enough that I should be losing weight. This is so frustrating. Fuck.

anyways... today.. broccoli and kashi high fiber stuff. fiber fiber fiber today.

Also, I'm thinking maybe I have to stop drinking coffee. I always try and I can't. The creamer that goes with the coffee is a lot of extra calories daily that I wouldn't have if I were drinking tea instead. When I get done posting this I'm going to see if I have any green tea mix stuff. blllah
