food today:
*iced coffee
*brocolli & potatos
*Veggie burger on wheat bread with some shredded cheese and miracle whip light. (I used the 'ol take a drink between every bite trick and I couldn't eat it all at once. I'm going to try to drink between bites from now on.)
*1 generic dollar store fake pop tart (190 calories) neeeeeded sugar
*kroger pizza pal (410 calories)
That was probably 1,500 or less (I've yet to see exactly how many calories the veggie burger sandwhich i make is). Way more than I wanted to eat but this time around I'm trying to avoid giving up and binging. I hope 10 days from now I won't be hungry for that much stuff.
ok.. after 3 days of decently low calories i want something sugary.
cookies are my fav so i need to come up with a super low cal cookie recipe with splenda. i suck at baking.. i need to see what typically goes in cookies when you make them from scratch.
(once i figure this recipe out, if it's good i'll post it and try to figure out the exact calories for the dough and you would just divide it by the number of cookies you make)
