I lost a decent amount of weight eating this stuff back in the day:
Cold pasta salad:
rotini noodles 200 for 1/4 of the box
miracle whip light 20 per tbsp ... use about 1/2 cup (what is that about 4 tbsps?)
yellow mustard zero cal
dill relish, ?calories.. not many
optional to add:
*10 chopped pecans (In my case I'm a vegetarian and they're for protien. add them or not, they're crunchy, also fatty, up to you.)
*some french cut green beans. super low-cal, add them if you like them.
I cook this and snack on it all day. Its pretty low calorie. It can easily keep me under 1,000 calories a day.
