koufax was so close yet so far away...

I went to go see Koufax play at the Intersection on Friday with Bradly. Too bad we got there after they played. They opened for LOCAL BANDS. What is that? Crap. But, we met them anyway and told them our dilemma. They told us we should come to Toledo on Saturday for a show they were doing and they'll put us on the guest list. So we're counting down the minutes before we go to Toledo on Saturday and we have less than 30 minutes. Suddenly, a member of our road trip has a panic attack and we had to call an ambulance. Needless to say, we didn't make it to the show and we did not go out that night for fear of another attack. Calling the ambulance twice in one day would've been pathetic. Once will do just fine, thank you.
Halloween always seems to sneak up on me and then pass right by. It's so sad because it's my favorite holiday. Maybe next year. I did get candy while delivering pizzas yesterday though!
