hypnosis by snow
For the first time in this winter, all of Switzerland is covered by snow. Apart from the snow, there were heavy storms and even a spectacular rock slide causing a motorway tunnel to collapse. The snowing started yesterday night when I was driving on the highway from Geneva to Basel. The psychedelic effect of the heavy snowing lit by the headlights of my car reminded very much of that old 'starfield simulation' screen saver included in MS Windows Version 3.1 :-) For people who don't know what I'm talking about: here is a small Java applet very similar to that ancient screen saver.
