I did it again!!!!
Yet another midnight cup of Joe has kept me up to the 7am hour. We got some good tracks laid down at Ben's studio. We've started working on the song "Too Much Sun" and so far Ben and I have laid down most of the 'basic' guitar, bass and vocals. Ben's new preamp emmits sounds of most badassness. That along with his mad sonar skills very may result in the next Syloken CD sounding many levels more kick ass than the last one.
Syloken practice today was more 2 hours of really long jam sessions. Alex didn't come today and Chris was pretty much just playing keyboard so I had a lot of room to screw around on guitar. I made a new patch on my gt-5 which I enjoyed. Playing with Zach on drums is awesome! I think he is the perfect type of drummer for Syloken. stedy yet dynamic.
I've been up most of the night going through piles of photographs that I took while living in LA and putting together a book of images from my California adventures. I have a lot of photos.....
I got a fax machine! ? .... I also have a new phone number. Anyone who currently has my California cell phone number please call 405-310-0026 insted.
Chase and Carrie stopped by Ben's while we were recording. I think they are going to have a baby this week. That's going to be neat.
