The book is very thick so it weighs 300-350 g. Shipping from Sweden where I live to France are the following:
Books up to 100 g: $3 Books up to 250 g: $6 Books up to 500 g: $11 Books from 500 g - 2000g: Fixed $13 (as long as they fit in the same envelope)
So it's $11 for the book alone, but the shipping cost will not change much even if you add several more items (as long as they fit in the same envelope). Let me know if you are still interested!
Shipping for both together is $13 :) Just let me know if you want to see more pictures of any other items, perhaps. It's a bit lazy that I haven't just photo'ed them all from the beginning... ^_^;
