I'm back!
Some various updates since thanksgiving break:
I have secured a new roommate! His name is Alex, he is also an archie who has bad luck with room mates. We haven't decided on which building we'll ask for, but we probably won't be overly picky about what's available anyways.
At significant potential risk to my academic capacity, I gave blood this Wed. for my second time. I discovered afterwards that my body does suprisingly well when without a pint of blood. There was no need to worry about sitting still or moving slowly for me. Within an hour I was able to sprint between buildings, run up stairs, and be the exhuberant idiot I always have been. So my donation was a success without detriment to my energy, and coincidentally my headache from the previous couple of days disappeared (though there is no proven correlation).
Oh! Right, so for those few remaining who do not know- I got my hair cut. It's down to about two inches on the top, in the fashion of a traditional mens haircut (though parted from the right, instead of to the right).
Finally, if all goes as planned, I will not have any time between now and the end of the semister for much of anything because of finals, which, with the exception of one, involve either a major paper or a major project- the most time consuming kind of finals.
