Wedding party <3
I am still hovering on that cloud of magic from the wedding party at Haus Laer (manor / water castle) this weekend. I hoped it would be a great party for everybody, but honestly - it exceeded all expectations I ever had, thanks to our friends. :) This was indeed the happiest day in my life. I am truly blessed to have such amazing friends, some of them travelling a long, long way only to be at our wedding. You are like a second family to me!
Even the weather gods meant well with us - despite the bad weather forecast, we had beautiful sunny and warm weather, which was just another cream topping of this day. I totally loved all the medieval costumes people showed up with, many extra built their clothes for this event - for me it was just non-stop eye candy! Since I was a child I dreamt of marrying at a castle (or medieval location) on a horse. I would have never thought this would actually become true. I felt like a little girl in a fairy tale world. :)
Not only the location was a blast, but also the landlords were such great people. They were already excited about everything we told them before. But seeing their service staff dance at the party (they even stayed for a while after their work hours already ended), having fun with the fursuiters and taking photos, the positive and excited feedback we got from them after the party (“your guests really were as great and relaxed as you told us”), or the service lead lady trying on EosFoxx’ fursuit head and turning into one bouncing squeaking very happy girl - this was just so heartwarming and better than anything we could have expected. :) They said we so raised the bar, all regular weddings will now probably seem quite boring to them. ;)

• Uncle Kage, for being a close friend for many years and giving us the honor to hold the wedding ceremony, and totally surprise us with a mind blowing gift: bringing our dear friend Gideon
• Rapante, who helped me so much with everything from the beginning till the end, including making my dream with the horse come true!
• Djem, for bringing all the technics, lights and lasers, and as highlight the amazing laser show!
• Jaryic, for spending so much time and nerves on the setting and technics, to make the party look as awesome as it was!
• Thalian and Banshee (and all I missed) for the amazing photos and capturing these wonderful memories! I so cannot wait to see all the pictures! =)
• EosFoxx, Katara, Snowi and Rapante for the great planning and ideas (like the super cute group picture, the circle-of-candles dance, the heart shaped balloons, the shoe-game, and much more)! You’re awesome girls!!
• Pinky and FoxAmoore, for the awesome song they wrote for our wedding!
• BigBlueFox, o’wolf, Tillikum (and all that I missed) for the many, maaaany camera works! =)
• Cheetah, for the work and help with the technics, and the great music and dance!
• EZwolf, Rin and Forfoax for giving us the honor to be present as the Bitter Lake characters!
• TribalWolf, for being the barkeeper and creating a special cocktail for our wedding!
• The wedding cake, for not falling over!
