Last night was...bleh.
Really, I'm utterly disapointed because I was so looking forward to this, and I was bored half of the time ...
We were supposed to go see "La Môme", a movie about Edith Piaf's life. He came by half an hour late, and my feet already hurt ( because yeah, new shoes. ) So we went eating. Well, I'd already eaten, but he didn't so I rather watched him eat, and we chatted.
He was like, uber-tired, and I get that, really, he had like, a crazy day, but the dude is SO not funny anymore when tired. Seriously.
We saw 300, and while I enjoyed the looks it had ( dude, SO much references to Romantism, I really wanted to hug the creator tight ) I didn't really took anything constructive out of it.
He didn't remotly like it, but he was the one who wanted to go.
Then we went to a bar, and talked some more, then a great friend of mine came over with her two cousins, whom I hadn't seen for 3 three years and are like, THAT awesome. I was so glad. Plus my friend's bf, who was a bit tired to I reckon.
Anyway. My "date" was really bitchin' all the time when we got home, and as I told him I never complained because I don't like it when people do so, he said "but I LOVE it, then people get to comfort you" ( I swallowed the witty answer "no, then people get to want to pull you head off your body and play soccer with it. ")
So. No kiss. There was a little arm touching, and he took me twice in his arms for about two seconds, just after having made fun of me ( don't worry, I really don't mind. I'd rather have that than a complaining guy.).
Yeah, so. SO disappointed. Is it bad that I got to see a part of him I know I won't like, already ? It's like, the charm's kinda broken now, you know ? But on the other end, I know how lovely he can be sometimes...
Oh, btw ? He's SO NOT a romantic. Like, I believe I paid him dinner and drinks more often than the other way around.
the date,
blah blah
