NY Comicon Countdown!
Alright, the New York Comicon is almost here so I thought I'd post my schedule.
FRIDAY: My only "free" day. I plan to watch several panels and I'm going to get the sightseeing out of my system before the busy weekend. I'll be floating around all day and probably stopping by the Archie booth periodically. If anyone wants to hang out and get a bite to eat or something, let me know!
SATURDAY: This is my signing day! o_O
11:30-12:30am : Signing at the Archie Booth #506
2:45-3:45pm : Signing at the Popcultureshock Booth
4:00-6:00pm : Signing at the Mocca booth
After the con, I'll be heading over to the popcultureshock after party. Hopefully I'll see some of you there! It's only a $3 cover if you get a flyer from the popculture shock booth.
(It's at 308 Bowery. From Javitz, take the blue line downtown to West 4 street, and transfer to the B,D or F line downtown 1 stop to Broadway/Lafayette.)
SUNDAY: This is my panel day! o_O
1:00-1:50pm : Archie Comics Panel. Room 1C03/1C04
I'll be joining Archie editors and fellow creators to discuss how Archie comics has remained contemporary despite the fact that they are celebrating their 65th year!
2:00pm -2:50pm: Beyond the Capes and Spandex. Room 1E02
I'll be joining Ivan Brandon, Guy LeCharles Gonzalez, and many others to discuss non-superhero comics.
3:00-3:50pm: What About the Kids? Room 1E02
Myself, Jim Salicrup, Mike Pellerito, Chris Eliopoulos, and more will be talking about comics for kids.
I think that's it for now! I'm looking forward to seeing how well this con debut goes and I'm especially looking forward to meeting some of you who I've only spoken to virtually. ^_^
