the incredible contraption
I am approximately 6.8 billion years behind on reading LJ entries, so I'll probably just skim the ones that look important and skip the ones that don't. Sorry.
In other news, it has been balls-ass hot (in the words of some prick who lives in Bulger) the last few days and the university refuses to turn on the air conditioning. I have slept a total of four hours over the last two nights, spending the remaining hours rolling around in a puddle of my own sweat.
The really awesome part is that they've actually created some ridiculous contraption in order to provide air conditioning to the staff working in the Honors office without providing that same luxury to the students (see below).
Isn't she beautiful.
Also, I have a working phone again. It's a little bit beat up and you have to fidget with the charger to get it to work, but in reality it's a pretty decent phone for a whopping zero dollars.
