I've been here for almost 3 weeks...
School is amazing.
I have been here almost 3 weeks, and absolutely love it.
I stayed with Eddie, Frank, and AL for the first week cause I was homeless, and it was a blast. They are such amazing people. I'm so glad I met someone like Eddie this summer. Hes amazing.
Fall welcome week I moved in. It wasn't feeling really like home, it was just a place i laid my head at night, and now its wonderful. Cohen my cousins friend from Saginaw is my neighbor so its really sweet. If i need anything i just call him up, and he will usually help me out. plus, having a drinking buddy is great.
So anyways, Fall welcome week was great. I loved my group. Or those who showed up. They were amazing and my class is going to be amazing. I love the co-facilitator that i am working with. He has a British accent and its great. My girls in the class are already like BFF's no joke. And it makes me happy.
Classes, well... I am in this bios 2700 class with mostly seniors, and it kind of intimidates me. i don't know what i have gotten myself into. its whatev though. i can manage. i just need good grades this semester. last semester wasn't bad, but i know i can do better. so i am pushing myself.
I am going Greek. I'm stoked. I didn't even consider it last year, but everyone i have met this summer has changed my outlook on it, and convinced me its something i would fit into and i would feel right doing it. Sororities aren't everything you see in the movies, they do so much more and i didn't even realize that. Im am excited. Greek recruitment is next week so i get to check out the houses and everything, but the only downfall of down sorority is having to be demoted at work. Now i am a Paid tour guide, not a student ambassador... whatevs.
I am going to try to work at build a bear, cause i think that job would be amazing.
well im so excited for this semester, and it hasn't really began yet!!!
I switched my major as well to early childhood education which I'm soooo Ready to do!! Eeeee
Okay, now i have to scan some pages in my course pack, and get ready for bed... I have tour to give tomorrow at 10 am. wooo
