sick workout

I did manage to go to the gym even though I am still feeling pretty crappy.

Rowing 15 min 175 cal
Eliptical 41 min 525 cal
Eliptical w/arms 21 min 300 cal

77 minutes 1000 cal

My goal was to get 1000 cal and I struggled through. Still got a nasty case of the sniffles and aches.
