The end of this week..
Well, we are headed to Scarborough Faire this weekend. Mik doesn't know yet, but we were able to do a project every night so far. On Tuesday evening we made shirts to go with skirts, necklaces to match, headpieces, and we made SK's costume (which he rolled over on Monday for the first time, traumatizing experience - he was at school and rolled off the mat edge and scared himself! He didn't know he could do that!). On Wednesday evening we made wings, placed more stepping stones outside, put flower people in the garden, we made little drawstring bags, Mik swept the walkway after me hubby weed-eated.. and Mik collected twigs for our little "Pixie Haven". - Oh, on Wednesday we also made planters. Last night we made our wands and started the "Pixie Haven" - it has to dry before we continue further. I am knitting our belts. I finished mine and will make Mik's tonight (her waist is wee waist) - 'twon't take long.. hopefully. Tonight we shall be traveling, of course SK has to have shots today so he won't be a happy camper - but I pray that he will be okay. We still have a project for tonight. Tonight's project will be a creature project - we have to have a pet too! So, Mik has hopefully had fun this week, I missed doing projects with her whilst I was HUMONGOPREGGO. So we shall continue. I need to figure out a light system. One that is more or less solar powered, but just the device in the encasing of say a light. I need to use the device for our project, our village project - to light of course. I did some research but not enough, the only other idea would be lightsticks which only last eight hours, what-not... we need like solar powered light sticks. Says me. So, if any of you very few of whom I know who are my cousin Stacey's friendo's are going to Scarborough Faire tomorrow - we will be in da green&blue.. so say howdy do!
