ever hear a song so good
it hits you like a ton of bricks
but it feels good?  you beg
for more and you're bloodied
and bruised, but it's okay; it's
a victory.  you hear something
in it that makes you understand,
that gives new meaning.  it rips
you apart, tears you up into pieces
and you find yourself on your knees
weeping; you don't know how
you got there but you're
happy.
