f.a.q/questions
woochann has decided to be different and open up questions. They can be about her graphics (icons mainly) or about something you'd like to ask the user personally (but keep it mainly relating to graphics or LJ itself.) It can be a long drawn out question or a small short one. You may obviously ask more than one. She will update this section with the questions+the answers. She will reply to your comment with 'answer filled' and will link you this page to view the question/reply.

01. where do you get your fan art? where is a good source for fan art? I always see people making batches with real pretty, nice quality fan art but then when I search for fan art myself it's not the same. everything is low quality and ugly ==;;

woochann's answer: Personally, I feel the same way about fanarts. :/ But lately I've found some pretty decent ones. Normally, I spend a WHOLE day searching for good fanart's so I guess I find good ones because I waste my life looking for them. XD Here are some good places to find a wide array of fanart's that have some good HQ ones and then some artists I recommend to see!:
4chan
'4chan I believe has the most extensive variety of fanarts. they are user/anonymous posted so you can get a lot of really good ones because they are submitted from people all over! Cute/male is a good section to find great male images. I haven't really looked any where else extensively to know about there reliability in finding good fanarts. so you can check them out yourself!'
pixiv
'pixiv is like the japanese equivalent of DeviantART only better. it sticks to the art itself and not all the fancy gadgetry while still looking trendy and beautiful. though with this place you have to be a member to really see the art besides thumbnails. so unless you're willing to go through all that (and it is in japanese-i personally found a cheat-sheet on how to get on there-as in someone translated the process) it may not be the best to find fanart. though a lot of good fanart comes there and it may be easier to be able to credit artists.'

'this is a good artist in general. there work is beautiful. she/he does more original work so I guess this can't qualify as 'fanart' but her/his blazblue fanart (as small a collection as it is) is beautiful. (: but her/his original is really lovely. if you like tales of series then this artist may be good for you! she/he likes drawing fanarts for them more than anything else.'

'She has a WONDERFUL collection of Sengoku Basara pictures (HQ anime screencaps, offical game scans/graphics/etc, and fanart). AND she shares it for free! :D I suggest you pop over there if you like Sengoku Basara.^^'
If you're looking for more specific (like a certain game/anime/manga) then just tell me and I'll try and find some! :D You may also go to THIS journal entry which has a place where you can search the japanese search of different animes and mangas: LJ japanese search Though personally, it is REALLY hard to find good fanart this way because it's like going through google. :/ But if you are patient you may find something grand! ♥
