What day is it???
I swear this middle of the week holiday business just throws me off my game, big time! I have to keep looking up at the calender on my wall to make sure that I'm on the right day. I think there should be a law, if a major holiday falls in the middle of the week, we should get a long weekend to coincide with the major holiday. :)
It's raining right now, which is a good thing for the grass. But, it really makes me want to crawl back into bed and work on the book that I'm currently reading. I believe the author is Jonathon Kellerman, but the title is "Therapy". I'm enjoying it, even though I can't seem to read anything these days for more than a chapter at a time without getting sleepy eyed.

So, today we're bringing in a new client to our current client. They book ALOT of Amtrak as they're based out of NYC. I am not good with Amtrak, really the whole team is weak with Amtrak. I've already had a few issues come up today with and I'm feeling like a "rookie" travel agent all over again. I really hate not knowing what I'm doing. I'm sure that in about a month I'll be an "expert". lol It's just in the meantime that beats me down.
