seems like I'm in love, but that's a big mistake
Time for a quick update. God I haven't been on here forever! I hate trying to write after a long period of time, seems like too much to catch up on. Sooo we'll try and get it out short and sweet.
- back in Vancouver, yaaaahhhhhh
- new apartment is basically all set up, but now we're looking for a new place because someone got stabbed a few weeks ago
- three new girls: Fleurie, Katie and Kayla
- a few new boys: Denmark, Simon, Scott
- a few old boys: Max, Ryan
- reunited with all the different groups of friends from last year. . . such an amazing feeling.
- working at an Italian cafe/bistro
- school is going great, learning so much in such a short period of time
- getting back into volunteering
- AWEsome new music (definite perk of having mostly international friends)
- and of course, ridiculous amounts of drinking, partying a lil too hard and way too loud :)
Things keep getting crazier as the days fly by. I keep waiting for it to stop, or at least slow down; but if anything, it just changes direction and picks up speed. The last month has been completely unexpected and random, but amazing just the same. Every day is a blur of new and old faces, memories being made and the future being sewn. I feel like I am tiptoeing on the edge of the world and letting it sweep me away. This is finally it, and it's all I can do to try and stop the moment and breath. Breath and gasp thank you for having so many opportunities that I didn't take advantage of, right in front of my eyes. Chances that now I will take. Take with no regrets.
