green is nice....
ya know, LA aint so bad after all....
i've spent my first day in the big city, and i quite like it. my roommate is nice - very artsy. that makes me happy. but really this doesn't feel like college to me. more like summer camp. too bad when reality sets in like a swift kick in the pants, eh? i just came from a "carnival" where the entire freshman class (all 400 of us) gathered on a new parking lot and shook our bon bons till we felt like death. it was great. i hung out with a girl who lookes like Molly Ringwaldt, another one who looks like Natalie Wood, a guy who resembles Tom Everett Scott, and my orientation group leader could be a dead ringer for Audrey Hepburn. i'm hangin with movie stars - only in Hollywood! (so what if some of them are dead.)
i have to make a minor adjustment to my address.
instead of:
"1600 Campus Road, Box 0309" it's
"1600 Campus Road, Box 1195"
they've given me a new mailbox. that i have to share. puke. oh well at least i got the second best dorm on campus... oh yeah, air conditioning, woot woot! oh, and the theme in my dorm is Harry Potter. my whole dorm is Harry Pottered. my wing is, um cough cough (Slytherin). *not too proud*
