During my third interview for Company X...

interviewer: so you cook at home?
me: yes, we have to. :)
interviewer: can you cook rice?
me: yes sir.
interviewer: *demonstrates the 'traditional' way of determining the amount of rice grains and water in the pot*
me: yes sir, even without the rice cooker.
interviewer: so... how does rice get cooked?
me: hmmm... similar to gelatinization of starch.
interviewer: good answer.
