This story was in the back of my Russian book under the title: "Anecdotes from Nikulin"
-Do you know, mother, that our neighbor is a really good guy?
-Why do you think so?
-We were sitting in the kids' room and Tom, like always, was playing on the drum. The neighbor came in, brought a pretty little knife, and asked him whether or not he wanted to find out what was inside of the drum.
I thought this was pretty random. The word for small knife is: ножик. Pronounced nozshik. or maybe nozchik. the letter ж is hard to explain in english letters without a sound. szchuh, zchjuh, zshuh, maybe.
HOMEWORK! I'm avoiding it.
Oh, news, yes. So, I talked to my physics advisor and it turns out that i only have three more classes to finish my physics major, which makes it kind of hard to justify not doing it. What I'm going to try for is a double major. No pressure, though. If the second major happens, it happens. I really should be working now.
