Wow, I'm a GEEK!
I was watching one of my favorite Star Trek: TNG episodes today, Remember Me, when I wondered exactly what were my favorite Star Trek: TNG episodes.
Naturally, I found a website that had a listing of them all, and then had to go through and find my Top 20.
In order, they are:
1) Phantasms
Season 7 - Data has creepy dreams including a Counselor Troi cake (with mint frosting).
2) Parallels
Season 7 - Worf experiences reality shifts after coming back from a Bat'leth tournament.
3) Remember Me
Season 4 - Dr. Crusher is the only one who notices that the crew is disappearing.
4) Genesis
Season 7 - The crew begins to de-evolve. Picard and Data must find a cure.
5) Timescape
Season 6 - The Enterprise is frozen in time. Picard, Troi, Geordi, and Data must investigate.
6) Cause and Effect
Season 5 - Temporal Causality Loop, Kelsey Grammer guest stars.
7) Clues
Season 4 - Data lies to the crew.
8) The Inner Light
Season 5 - Picard lives another life on an alien world.
9) The Measure of a Man
Season 2 - Data on trial for his right to have free will.
10) Disaster
Season 5 - Troi is the acting captain during an emergency. Picard must lead children to safety.
11) Frame of Mind
Season 6 - Riker jumps between an insane asylum and the rehearsal of the ship's play.
12) Thine Own Self
Season 7 - Data has amnesia on an alien planet; meanwhile, Troi takes the Bridge Officer's Exam.
13) Schisms
Season 6 - Riker, Worf, Geordi, et al. have strange symptoms. Troi investigates on the holodeck.
14) Best of Both Worlds, Part 1
Season 3 - The Borg attack. Picard becomes Locutus of Borg.
15) Lessons
Season 6 - Picard finds a love interest among the crew. He must then order her into danger.
16) The Next Phase
Season 5 - Geordi & Ro are pronounced dead after a transporter accident but are out of phase.
17) Peak Performance
Season 2 - Starfleet orders war games between Picard on the Enterprise and Riker on a derelict.
18) Ship in a Bottle
Season 6 - Professor Moriarty takes over the Enterprise.
19) Coming of Age
Season 1 - Wesley takes the Starfleet entrance exam.
20) Face of the Enemy
Season 6 - Troi is abducted and transformed into a Romulan officer.
This is perhaps more than anyone wanted to know.
