I don't think there's a number to describe the amount of cravings that I've been having lately. I think I've begun to get used to the nicotine that's been coursing through my system from the patch. The main times that it's a problem are when I wake up and immediately after I eat. I did sit down and figure out what my smoking triggers are. In order of strength from worst to weakest:
1) Immediately following eating,
2) After waking up in the morning,
3) Whenever I'm frustrated,
4) Whenever I'm bored,
5) When I drink alcohol, and
6) Immediately following sex.
As long as I can avoid smoking in those situations I should be fine. The problem is that I'm getting cravings outside of my own personal "sinister six." I'm not sure why. I'd like some distractions please.....
