Real Update
Well, this summer has been interesting. Last week, Jason and I went to Birmingham to look for apartments and so I could take a very long test for Alabama state licensure. We are renting a house in Pelham. We will be moving August 22.
I have two part-time jobs as of yesterday. I hope the second one doesn't change her mind. That one may only be temporary but I may be able to convince her to keep me around. She wants to but she wants me to work some of the same days I am working at the other job. Can't these people just work together so I can get full-time pay and make enough money to pay those pesky student loans that are going to kick in soon. Anyway, one of the jobs is Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Saturdays. The other one is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have to go to AL early so I can start working August 20. Yay, real world. At least, I hope Yay. Now, I better pass that stupid test I took.
I have been searching Craig's List for furniture for our new place. So far, we have an awesome dry bar and two bookshelves. Also, there is a kitchen table and chairs waiting for us in Alabama. I am now addicted to Craig's List. I even sold something on there. I am trying to find more stuff to sell. Does anyone want a desk or a floorlamp?
Now, I just have to get on insurance panels for work and do other moving associated stuff.
Other than that, I am going stir-crazy.
