Yesterday, I received a letter from the condo association stating that "recently (they) received a complaint from another resident" that I had driven vehicles across the lawn in the common area while I was moving in December. I didn't even own the place or move in until January 1. They also said I'd have to fill in the ruts, reseed, and let them know the schedule of when this was taking place. I called and told them I did not do this, and the woman said they were just letting me know that damage was done. Ummm....no....they stated that I had done it and that I had better pay for it.
Damn. I've only been in there a little over a week. I wrote them a letter and faxed it as soon as I came into work this morning, and that had better be the end of the matter (heh).
