ugh so im in china, and our family goes out to dinner with my parents' friends...and every conversation they have always starts off with me...being really white-washed :(
Every conversation with parent's friends include:
1.) How i suck at chopsticks and prefer the fork. The fork is just so much more brilliant! Stab your food, dont try and be fancy and pick it up using two pieces of wood!
2.) How i suck at speaking mandarin. wtf! english is my first language...and when i do try and speak mandarin..all they do is make fun of how much i suck. rawr, wtf!
3.) How they think that im the older brother since im taller than my brother. sigh crazy fobs.
4.) How I don't eat much in fancy chinese restaurants. Like I said, im white...i prefer burgers, pizza, pasta, and other super awesome foods...not weird things like duck tongue...=(
