Pondering This:
I might be crazy or something. But for a LONG while now I've been thinking about opening a Coffee House or a kinda brunch place? And today I've been thinking about... ALL DAY!! I even spoke with some of my customers at work and asked them what they thought if something like that were to open down here in good ol' Hamilton. And most of the people that I asked were so excited about it (and it's just a thought right now). They told me that all that there is really to eat (on the go) is fast food. And they are tired of eating that and feeding their families that. Even some of the real resturaunts here (Applebee's, Larosa's, Bob Evans, etc..) aren't really that good to eat.
Now, I want the main focus to be is on the coffee and tea part of it. But I also want it to have like the sandwiches that are cold cuts, salads, and the breakfast foods. I would keep it open like from 6 to like 4 (or 5) pm. But hey like I said it's just an idea.
I'm talking to a friend who said something about wanting to open a place like this in Fairborn. And if I really want to do this, then maybe in about 2 or 3 years. If I am to do this I really want to take some business classes at Miami or something to fully understand what I'm getting myself into.
What do u all think about my wild and crazy idea?
