I thought the hotel was more interesting than the school!!!!!
I'm very SERIOUSLY TRULY, honestly disappointed. Here my first choice of colleges was a bunch of CRAP!!!!
First off they are totally unorganized!!! I sat around and waited for my interview/tour for about two hours. Then when I was given the tour, she didn't let me speak to any students or instructors, as well with she didn't really show me what I will be doing. And when it came time to talk about housing.... she said that she would put me at this place where u have to be 21 or older to live. I asked if we (as in her and me) could go there. She told me no that it was within walking distance and that I could walk there BY MYSELF and see it. Um..... I'm NOT from down there or THAT area. Am I going to walk some where I don't know? NO!!!!
I was waiting on my cab to take me back to my hotel (total trip $14-not bad) I got a chance to speak with an instructor from the graphic design program.... and from what I told him, he said that it doesn't sound like I need to go there. He asked me to email some of my stuff to him, and he will tell me if I need to go there or not.
In all honesty, I think it will be a complete waste of money and time to go there. It will cost me about $14,000 to go there for my bachelor degree.
When I got home my dad asked me how I liked the school? And I told him. He was like, "Well Fontaine, I think that the interview that you were offered in Boston will be better for you. And if they want you to have a 4 year degree down the road... they will pay for it."
I'm thinking about it now, was this trip that I just took a total waste of my time and money? That I am not sure of. At least I found out what I should expect before I went down there and paid out $14,000 to go. So yeah I guess it was worth it?
I don't know what to think. But I do know that I'm not going there. Again sorry to all of my friends here that go there.
I'm out-
