My filling came out. Well, I helped it.
I had a damn root canal done like two years ago, and they put a temporary filling in. Today it felt like there was thread in my tooth where the filling was. I got a toothpick and looked at it in the bathroom mirror. I got the thread thingy out and it was like gauze or whatever they shove down in the hole to fill it, I guess. I pulled it out and broke the rest of the filling.
Dave has to get the paperwork straightened out at work so I can go to the dentist and get it finished. We didn't have insurance when I had to get the root canal (750 DOLLARS) agh, bad bad bad. SO without insurance and having to pay for that, I didn't get to get it finished right away.
The insurance I was on when I was pregnant with Joey would have covered it, but all the damn dentist's who took that insurance weren't accepting new patients, but there was one place, where if I went in there at 8am everyday and waited for someone to cancel or not show up, then I could be seen. HELL NO!!!! not at 8am. I have better things to do then get up at the butt crack of dawn and bum a ride to the dentist's to sit and wait all damn day long.
At least it doesn't hurt. I just keep getting anything I eat stuck down there and I have to go swish water to get it out. Loverly huh?
