About the City
PRIMARY LOCATIONS
Midas - Place for pleasure and enjoyment. The bigger part of Tanagura. It is also the center of the city.
Ceres - The Slums. The edge of the city.
Apatia - Where pets are kept. Also where much of the middle class is. It is the part in between Midas and Ceres.
Mistral park - The part where Pet Auctions are held.
Dana Bahn - An Underground shelter from past wars when the society was developed.
JUPITER'S WILL
I. One must obey the will of JUPITER without question, no matter of class or hair color.
II. No dark hair may cause any physical harm to a light hair.
III. Any method one would use to conceal their natural high color, is forbidden. This includes methods of hair dye, bleach, and wigs.
IV. Lower class must respect and obey any will of Middle and Upper class, Middle class must respect and obey the Upper class.
V. If one is asked to show their hair color, they must do so immediately.
CASTE SYSTEM
Tanagura's caste system is determined by the color of one's hair, as per JUPITER's will. Those that are of dark hair descent are typically without wealth or property, education or health, unless they are, for whatever reasons, a Pet for somebody in the upper class. Those of middle class descent are typically better off but are by no means favorites of JUPITER. The middle class are basically those that are "left over" from the two main class sects. The fortunate few to be born of light hair descent are usually exceptionally wealthy, of great health and education, and always greater expectation. They are JUPITER's favorites...

JOBS: These would be the people who can't find jobs. They are often hidden or stuck in the dirtiest part of the job, and may frequently be stuck in prostitution or selling themselves [or doing things that are generally deemed illegal]. Sometimes they are able to find a job being hired on by a light hair, but this is rare, and at other times they may be taken in as a Pet.
EDUCATION: They will receive little to no education. If they get any, it is often through family, friends, and those older then them or in the middle class that they associate with.
TRANSPORTATION: Trains, Bicycles, by foot.
WEAPONS: Knives, things like that would be accessible. It would be basically considered illegal for them to be carrying guns.
HOMES: The slum area. Worn down buildings and multiple families to them. You'd be hard pressed to find something a single family lived in here.
LIFESTYLE: When it come to technology, there are public computers that they have access to. And they lack electricity in their homes. They have public bath houses and public fountains to obtain water. They will likely lack heating systems, and have their homes heated by fire or cooled by ventilation. When it comes to medicine, it is expensive in general, so they can not always afford it, but it is not to say they can not use it if they can afford to splurge at the time or find someone to pay back for it. They will often care for themselves, or by people in the lower class who have any experience in doing it.
MIDDLE CLASS
JOBS: Those who have the common jobs. They would be the shop employees, the management, and things of that manner.
EDUCATION: Would have basic education, often through High School. Sometimes those who are in it, drop out to pursue a job that they may get and only continue learning through that.
TRANSPORTATION: Motorcycles, Trains, Bicycles, by foot.
WEAPONS: The most advanced thing they would have access to is a normal gun. These aren't as fast as the laser guns, nor always as accurate. And ammo would be expensive.
HOMES: Smaller homes if multiple families or apartments. Some nicer than others, but nothing elaborate.
LIFESTYLE: They have access to public computers, and public television, however, they do not have the resources to have it at home. They would have electricity and water at the homes that they live in. And when it comes to medicine, they have access to hospitals, and while it is expensive, they can often afford minor things and antibiotics are readily available.
UPPER CLASS
JOBS: The aristocrats. The rich, the wealthy, and those who are there to carry out JUPITER'S Laws. They are there to be sure that order is maintained, and the 'face' of the city.
EDUCATION: Extensively educated. Often into specialized ways depending on their future occupations. Would have what compares to college level education
TRANSPORTATION: Cars, Motorcycles, Subways, Trains, Bicycles, by foot. Whatever they should wish.
WEAPONS: Laser guns, knives, guns. Basically anything you can imagine, the upper level would have access to. The most accurate and advanced weapon are the laser based ones, they rarely ever fail.
HOMES: Large and elaborate places. Well decorated, fitted with anything they could possibly want.
LIFESTYLE: They have access to all the modern technology, anything from computers, television, electricity, water. Whatever they could want. When it comes to medicine, only the best things for them. Medicine isn't inexpensive by any means, but this isn't a problem for them.
