Bugger this unemployed lifestyle screwing with my sleeping patterns. But at least it's got me doing something productive. Here's more wares - starting with Treadmill:
DYNAFIT ELECTRIC TREADMILL $200 ono
Okay like I said, it's not that pretty but it's very functional. The side arms bits I never got with it but I've never missed them and it's missing a 'foot' I guess you could call it at the back but I've always chucked a couple of books there instead and it's never wobbled a bit. Anyway, if you had a good crack at it unlike me and actually get yourself all buff and hot then who needs freaking books am I right? Eh? It goes up to 16kmph, has manual settings or you can do interval training (one minute at one setting, then one minute at another - it's bitchin) or you can choose from 8 programs of different speed and incline. Incline is when the front bit lifts up and it's like you're going uphill - this is all at a push of a button so no having to much about with it, it inclines from settings 1 to 10 I think. Anything over 7 it starts to get a little 'whoa' I never bother with anything over 4. It counts your distance, time and tells you calories used too. Really it's everything you'd get on one of these fancy pants new ones that go for big coin it's just not as pretty any more. It's pretty massive and doesn't fold away just so you know. Has wheels at the front so you can kind of lift the back and wheel it around like a wheel barrow. Have I said enough about it yet? It beats exercising in public that's for sure, I run in my pj's watching DVDs.
