Even more fun than a reunion.

You know how some TAMSters never really leave Denton? Or they do, but just find themselves coming back and buying houses so they can stay forever?

My giant century-old house needs another resident. "Doesn't your house already have more than enough residents?" you might think, and I might agree. Really, what my house needs is another person paying rent for a room. It's a very nice room; spacious, hardwood floors, good insulation keeps the house nice and cool, charming fire place, trees all around, and all the housemates you could ever want. If you liked that community feeling of living in McConnell but hated Kevin Roden, this is the place for you. Big grassy yard, fancy 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, multiple PS2s, washer and dryer, trampoline. Pets are okay, but cats are indoor-only. Our DSL connection is really fast. Our phone number is 1337.

If you live in Denton, would like to live in Denton, or just need a place to be, we want you. It's the gigantic white house on the corner of Oak and Welch, across from the Baptist church. Easy walking-distance to campus and the square.

Residents include Ricky Mangus from TAMS class of '99, Joey Parrish from '01, Tim Hurley from '98, Leah B-something (I could spell it if the alumni page was working, damnit) from '98, and other people you probably don't know. We're all easy-going, non-drama people.

Rent is $500 a month, all bills paid. Move-in can be at any time starting now. If you are someone or know someone who is interested, please leave a comment or give a call. (940) 483-1337 is the house number, or call Brian at (214)923-6279.

There, that was my sales pitch. Hopefully something will come of this.
