Since my last update I'm down 14 pounds. Yay! I have hardly notice I'm on a diet because I'm eating everything i want in moderation. I have one day a week where I'm 60% good. It's usually the weekend. Ive lost almost all my motivation to eat late at night, drink very little water, go to ice cream when upset and sloth around the house. WoW is jealous I think. This is a great thing for me and it's giving me more drive and focus in other areas of my life that have been greatly neglected. I'm walking 45 minutes a day and cycling when I get a chance in the evenings. We are starting a killer heat wave (35+ C) so I have to stay in the shade or inside. Sucks a bit but my skin is very white and sensitive to the sun. I can get heat stroke in 20 minutes. Much of my childhood was spent with sun stroke trapped in bed while everyone partied in the sun. :/

Ive made some changes to my work situation and I'm going to be going back to school to get some more courses. I'll still stay in the health care field but a different venue. I'm just going to try something new and see how it feels. I'm burning out from my current job a bit. I also haven't had a vacation since before my Mom passed away. It's been 2+ years. So I'm going to take some time off at the end up sept. I want to go camping for a week and also take that course and lounge around a bit.
