Spike had already been in Xanadu for quite a while, when Faye arrived. He had also apparently been drinking for much of that time, as evidenced by the empty bottles around. A cigarette hung lazily in his mouth as he addressed her from his spot under a willow tree.
"Yo. Have yourself a seat, still plenty of alcohol."
