There was a big redneck fight at the Kids tonight. Rodan has this big redneck metal dude following and they were drunk and lighting fireworks in the parking lot. Then they got in a fight because one of them got hit in the little pit they started or something (imagine that). Light Yourself On Fire had to stop in the middle of their set and wait for it to work its way outside. That's why I hate metal. Me and Ponch from CWV/Holy Mountain got drenched with what smelled like rum. I think some of it got in my eye. There goes my straight edgeness. I know that sounded like name dropping. That's because it was. I just think it's cool that I can go to a show and look next to me and it's a guy from 2 bands I love. Whatever. Anyway, Trackstar was a really cool guy, Light Yourself On Fire introduced me to the importance of The Movement, and Rodan sucks, but not as much as the crowd they bring. At least they didn't condone the redneck fight.
