Why am I not asleep???
Watched High Fidelity again. It's number 2 on my desert island all time top 5 movies.
Went record shopping today. Didn't buy anything really worth noting, just some random stuff. I got the Daughters LP "Canada Songs" and it's a lot better than I thought it would be. Hot Cross's "Cryonics" is SO GOOD. I'm really looking forward to that show on new years eve. Speaking of Hot Cross, I'd really like to see Light the Fuse and Run again; I've been all about them lately. I am a geek.
I need to start writing songs again, I got lazy. I'll write some stuff for the acoustic band next time I get the chance. I also want to record. People probably got sick of the FMY demo like 6 months ago.
One more thing music related, since that's all I can think of right now: the new Against Me! LP is quite mediocre. I am disappointed. The first 4 songs are good then it kind of just goes downhill. And the vocals are awful. They need to be rough and screamy, I don't know what Tom is trying to do now. But, hey, it's not my band.
