Happy New Year

We finally developed the four rolls of underwater plastic cam films, most of it were blurry and smudgy, although that was quite expected.

For the new year, we followed my family to the beach to escape crowds in the city.
Sitting underneath a tree with sand in my slippers I listed a few new year resolutions for habit's sake:

- Draw more and discover my direction
- Memorize katakana and hiragana table properly
- Continue to memorize more German
- Save money for Taiwan
- Preserve my body better

Not as extravagant as my past lists because I plan to be more focused in the fundamental issues.

While I kayak'ed alone I had this strange sense of acceptance, reveling in the fact that I'm still able to feel my aching limbs, accepting that I might grow old and die after all. I read this nice quote on tumblr once,"Everyone wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die."

I feel like I'm imploding, dressing up as usual but less enthusiastic about being photographed. I wonder when it started to happen, this sudden fear of being too exposed and public.
