in some good news, two of my students passed their math test with flying colors. one girl got a 100% and another boy got a 97.5%. for kids used to getting 20s, 30s, and 40s - this is a huge deal. it was a computational test so we will see how they deal when it comes to word problems, but it's still a great confidence boost for them.
