Kindness is most important in a boyfriend/girlfriend. You want someone who will go through everything with you - the best moments and the worst, and all of those other moments in between. Okay so yeah beyond that, I just found out at work that the girl that took over my position was apparently asking to get it ... so in other words I was railroaded out of my job by get this, the bosses daughter!
