:) Angelus does have a soft side, you just have to dig REALLLY deep to find it. I had a feeling that although Spike/Angel came to blows over the years, that Angelus still cared for him, otherwise he would have dusted him when Dru brought him home in canon. In my fanon though, Angelus sired Spike and he is possessive. Spike was his childe and the Master 'broke' something that was his. It's why he had that confrontation with Darla. :)

angelus with a soft side...i loved it! i always thought that even though he was vicious, he would always look after what is his. i really enjoyed how you portrayed that in this story.

Spike and Drusilla are his to do with as he pleases. No one else, not even Darla has that right. My Angel(us) is possessive that way
