Thank you so much for taking the time to take a look at this for me and for your constructive advise. To be completely honest I do not know what you mean when you refer to "grammer, style or formatting beta". This may be my own ignorance or perhapse as I have discovered many times things are refered to by different names in the US from what they are called in the UK. I wrote the document on Microsoft word and formatted as directed in the lulu outlines.

You make a very good point about a new speaker meaning a new paragraph. That is something I am going to have to work on, especially when I have several people talking in the same scene. You also mentioned that I need 'more discription' in the characters faces and reactions. This is an excellent point! I find that when I write for myself I tend to add a lot more small details but as this was written for NaNo, time did not allow me to go into as great of detail. Still, it is factor that I will pay attention to in future work before trying to publish.

Again I would like to thank you for your time and consideration of my work.

A beta is simply a beta reader, a second pair of eyes in the editing process, and generally someone who straightens out the mechanics of your writing.

Well, it has only been three months since NaNo ended (NaNoEdMo isn't even for another month!) and so to get it into the final stages already you must have been working very quickly. However, if you feel that parts can be expanded upon, there's no need to stick totally to your first (NaNo) draft when looking at it later.

I hope that your future projects go well!
