Mostly For Myself
Do not get upset about World of Warcraft and lack of an invitation to an instance. There will be other times. Even though it takes 24 minutes as DPS to get into a normal instance, do not get upset, and don't completely rely on them. That's exactly what got you in trouble the last time.
It will get easier when you're able to do Heroics. Soon. Just keep telling yourself soon... do not freak out, do not be a jerk, roll with it. There will be other times and other chances.
Work on your Dragonmaw Rep and go from there. Get your pants. Work for that. You can do this. You were doing just fine before they offered to take your toon back in. Relax. I can't stress it enough. Relax. It is just a game.

And remember, there will be a next time and it wasn't done on purpose.
