Mmmmm... Ranty Moment
I got stuck on a long call tonight, ran me over about 39 minutes. Yay for overtime, but I think Karma has come to make me pay. I wasn't even mad at the customer, I was just frustrated because I couldn't make his DirecTV box work. I mean the activation was easy enough and I'd programed the remote, but everything I did resulted in the customer not getting any picture.
The box was bad.
He swapped the boxes out, it worked fine, but by the time we'd figured this out and gotten the problem fixed it was 10:09. I ran for home... I hate when I can't fix a problem quickly. And it's just a stupid problem. >_<
Two year anniversary happened while I was off. I kind of can't believe it.
Also, straya and koh4711, have you seen the promos running around for either RAW or Smackdown, not sure which, but Edge, rolling a terrified Paul Bearer around in a wheel chair all gagged and bound while Kane freaks out made me freaking LUL. REALLY? Just... *rolls around laughing*
