From the Hotel Room

It's after midnight and lil_charmed_one and I are watching Cartoon Network, after getting like four hours of sleep. We're thinking food soon... but before that, I want to talk about our adventures so far...

We hit the road right about nine and ten minutes after we'd left, Kathi's husband called and told her that he missed her and she needed to come home... mind you we hadn't gotten out of Tulsa yet. LOL. Dale's so cute. <3

When we got to Okmulgee, we stopped at the Walmart to get some earplugs and ended up looking at the purses. We found this huge yellow bag, which entailed us yelling "OH MY GOD KYO LOOK AT MY BAG! KYOOO!" Kathi was like "Stop making me laugh! I'm gonna pee myself!"

So after many lulz we got back on the road. We hit Dallas about 2:15, checked in to the hotel, made sure it had an internet connection and then freshened up... and from there we headed to Medieval Times... which was really nifty. :D

There was plenty of eyecandy in the show. Cute guys and awesome sword fights... maybe the Twisted Blades to take a few lessons. Not only did they have sword fights and jousting, but they had horse skill demonstrations... it was very pretty. Food was okay and we got to eat with our fingers... and we have pictures of me tearing into my chicken.... and lots of pictures of eachother and just general playing with the camera.

So, trying to find the way back to the hotel, we got kind of lost, missed exits and generally swore about traffic. It was insane for like.. 7:30 at night! We finally got back on track and then we thought we missed the exit again and I was like, "Screw it, I'm getting off here."

ANd as we came over the hill and to the freeway... Kathi saw the Denny's and we were saved!

We came home and crashed shortly after... and have only been out.. like 4 hours. >_<

But that's the account of Day One. Tomorrow we have to kill seven or so hours before the show... lets hope I don't pass out while driving.

Til next we meet...

EDIT: OMFG I so forgot about this... while we were standing in line to go inside, this woman was like, "Don't any of you know there's a line?" Because the crowd stepped forward to hear this guy talk and open the door. It served her right because her stupid ass had to wait off to one side while the people with reservations went right on past her. HAHA.
