High on a hill.....
It's been a while since I updated properly, and I have a bit of news to rave about.
First and foremost, my fellow drama students and I have been given the chance to participate in the school's senior production, this year it is The Secret Garden. We rehearse Monday, Wednesday and Sunday afternoons, so fitting it in with other stuff is hard but definitely worth it! For the first few sessions we've just been learning songs and some basic dancey stuff.
My friends and I will be Dreamers, which are the ghostly spirits that haunt the old house on the hill, dance around and sing a lot of songs. We get to wear Edwardian period costumes too, which is going to be fun fun fun. =D
In other news. Well, it's a bit late, this news. But it's important.
I PASSED THE THROUGH THE FIRE AND FLAMES INTRO ON EXPERT.
Guitar Hero, that is. I FCd (Full Comboed, meaning hitting every note in one long combo) it the other day. I had to learn to tap, which is the art of using both hands on the fretboard while struming with the elbow. And I had to use my foot (that's right, my foot) to hold down the green, for reasons involving inability to reconfigure my finger that usually plays yellow. But I did it. And so far I can get to 35%.
