Oh blog, whyfor have I been rejecting you? I shall have many updates soon, but this one's about the run I just finished.
19.1 miles, in 3 and a half hours. It wasn't too bad either (thanks, Tom Skilling, for the great weather!) And I burned enough calories to eat one triple Whopper with cheese, large fries, and a small chocolate shake. Not that that's what I'll be eating for dinner.
It's about a minute and a half (per mile) slower than I was initially hoping my marathon pace would be, but given that I'm down to one in tact ACL and that I missed almost a month of training due to said injury, I'll take it.
Three weeks to the marathon!
