Southern Oregon Kite Festival
Alternatively: Town with a population of 6,000-something gets together for two days to fly kites in a really epic fashion.
It...wasn't actually that eventful for me this year, even though the wind picked up moreso than it usually does. Probably because I got there late both days and didn't have anyone to hang out with (not counting Brandon, who was being incredibly loud and obnoxious. Erg.).
But it was still fun! iQuad did this Indiana Jones thing and it was AMAZING and it made me happy inside and I really really wish I had got it on tape. Maybe it'll show up on youtube at some point, who knows. For now, have a video from 2008. Funtimes.
