I'm so happy! Maximum Ride has a manga! I saw it on the cover of Yen Press when I was at Fred Meyer with Mom. I spotted it and got overexcited and banged my hip on the shopping cart that still kind of hurts...
Mom loves the series too (with the exception of the 4th book, eugh. Captain Planet much?) so it was a unanimous decision that "we are so getting this."
So we did.
And my first thoughts were FANG LOOKS LIKE KANDA. Which actually makes me feel somewhat better about him than the stereotypical-emo-kid image I had in my head. But yes. All of it is awesome~
I've also started watching Soul Eater, and I immediately fell in love with it. The animation is AMAZING. *swoon* And Maka is really cool. And there's so much I could fawn over it about but I need to get up, so make do with knowing the fact that I LOVE THIS SERIES why didn't I get into it earlier.
Last note, I may be getting a sort-of job as a math tutor. Sa-weet~
