(no subject)
...and my poor journal got trampled in the process LOL!
Camiryn is now 9 (almost 10~eeek!). She is becoming quite the pre-teen these days, much to my dismay. Oh the drama. :-|
She has been taking piano lessons for over 2 years now. I don't even have to ask her to practice, which I think is really awesome. She just loves it. She even wrote/composed a song the other day. Wrote down the notes and everything. A bell went off in my head....wow she really does like music! I am so proud. :-)
We went to see Trans Siberian Orchestra last week. If anyone ever gets an opportunity to see them in concert, I highly recommend it. They are some truely gifted musicians. The concert was incredible....laser light show, pyrotechnics...the whole works. Amazing... went out and bought Beethoven's Last Night by them the next day. Wow!
We also booked our next vacation for this coming Fall. Lance and I will be married for 15 years this year. (DANG where did the time go?!) Anyhow, I am *so* excited!!! We are staying near Playa del Carmen at Secrets Capri Resort. I am planning on mostly reading a few good books, enjoying several "beverages" and napping on the beach. AAAAHHHHHH We are going with several friends, too, so it should be fun!
